Workshop to Establish Priorities – East Kent Area

From 30^th January to 22^nd February, Making Space for Nature will be running the first series of strategy development workshops to begin to explore what outcomes for nature Kent and Medway wants to see as a result of targeted recovery action.  Before we define what the specific priorities are, the actions that might be taken to deliver these and the best areas for this intervention, the project wants stakeholders to come together to create what will essentially be a long list of priorities for nature recovery – the county’s nature recovery “wish list”.  We want to understand what the key matters of concern are, what does the strategy need to address and what might a different, more healthy and diverse natural environment look like for the county.
