Resources for Schools and Educators

The children of this county are not only our next generation of environmental ambassadors, but they also will be the ones to carry on the work of the LNRS far into the future. So we wanted to create some materials that would help children think about nature recovery – what they can do in their own schools and homes to support nature, and what wider challenges we are faced with in nature recovery work.

Our education pack aims to  appeal to their critical thinking and problem solving skills, whilst our “how to” sheets give starter ideas about the kind of action that is achievable at school and home, to create nature-friendly spaces.

These resources are aimed at primary-aged children, but can be adapted to older or younger audiences.
